Reedhurst Estates - Mentor
Welcome to the Reedhurst Estates in the heart of Mentor, just ½ mile south of the Chillicothe Road / Mentor Avenue intersection. Our lots range from ¾ acre to 1 acre, with prices starting at just under $150k. We have secured contracts to build luxurious homes on Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8. We plan to showcase a stunning model home on Lot 1, with additional opportunities available on Lots 2, 3, and 4.

Thistle Creek is a 27 lot maintenance free community located just east of Historic Chardon Town Square on the north side of North Hambden Street (Route 6).
